Treatment columns not defined in INP_SECTIONS

Any reason treatment is missing from inp_sections.yml? Is the treatment structure tricky to import?

@everettsp no reason in particular, other than no one has implemented it yet. It's part of the plan to include this section (and all remaining sections) per #57. Want to take that section on?

Ah sorry I missed that! I'll try and make some time to have a go in the next few weeks, might be handy for a project.
