Hey friends, getting CI errors over at pytest-django.

Is this something you can fix?

This started happening today -- yesterday I did a couple of changes and everything worked fine.

Might be a rate limit from rtd

People should use Sphinx caches more

People probably need guidance on where to locate said caches. But also, I don't think RTD has a way of rate-limiting unauthenticated requests by anything other than network subnets. I imagine having many requests originating from GitHub's public CI runners would affect every CI setup running linkcheck on GH..
