Fix Hemi mainnet explorer URL (#824)

* fix: update Hemi mainnet explorer URL to working domain

- Replace broken explorer-b81c3bd8.hemi.xyz with working explorer.hemi.xyz
- Fixes broken link for Hemi contract address 0x2880aB155794e7179c9eE2e38200202908C17B43
- Verified new URL loads correctly and shows contract details
