Hijri locale in Saudi Arabia

The default format date in the Saudi Arabia locale should be in Hijri format.
For example, today:
06/ذو القعدة/1446
However Babel show it to me
4 مايو 2025
The strange thing is that React showed it to me in Hijri for SA without any extra effort

Non-Gregorian calendars aren't currently supported by Babel (see #810 or #1020 for similar discussion for the Jalali calendar).
