Track number of strings #77

%20, %10, %80... It does not carry much meaning, %50 of what, the entire Library of Alexandria or a short book? I think tracking the number of strings in the documentation would be very interesting, interesting even to those who do not care much about translations.
potodo already provides the count of msgids in a file, we just have to record it.
As to how this should be presented, probably on the metadata page (when that is landed), maybe as a graph which would nicely display historical change.
