Support Poetry 2.1.0

The bundle plugin is crashing with Poetry 2.1.0.

I'm getting this error:

cannot import name 'InvalidCurrentPythonVersionError' from 'poetry.utils.env' (/root/.local/share/pipx/venvs/poetry/lib/python3.12/site-packages/poetry/utils/env/__init__.py)

InvalidCurrentPythonVersionError has moved in Poetry 2.1.0, with this commit: python-poetry/poetry@73f4195
