RST linter #3082
Description
We recently added an RST linter to flake8-async (python-trio/flake8-async#285) after I misformatted a newsfragment, and it additionally caught a couple incorrect things in our docs. We should consider adding one (or more?) to our pre-commit config, see the PR description for my brief research into alternatives.
