feat: allow custom URL scheme validation

Enhances `validators.url` to allow
- restricting the allowed schemes (e.g. to accept only https,
                                   and nothing else)
- relaxing the allowed schemes to also accept less known schemes
  (e.g. ws, wss, ldap, ...)
