Missing cp314 wheels for macosx_10_13_universal2

I'm requiring to force installation of the universal2 wheel. But there is only cp313 not cp314 so unable to install the universal2 wheel with the built module. Is it required to force to cp313 to download the wheel for install correctly or rollback to python 3.13 ?

Installing as normal there is a speedup.c file uncompiled not a built module.

Missing for Linux too. Compiling taking a very long time. Would love a cp314 binary wheel for Linux too!

I rolled back to python 3.13 and downloaded the universal2 wheel instead to install. Which is needed as pip is not installing the universal2 wheel for a universal2 python. Pip was not picking up cp313 wheels under 3.14.
