Please add a compact mode for plistlib serialisation

Proposal:

Would it be possible to make the format XML write with no indentation. We work with tons of those files. We are moving to python and seeing that this is not an option that is present. Overall it works really nice except for this detail. We know there is the binary format too but we'd prefer for internal reasons to stick with XML. With indentation it currently eats quite some space for no really good reason.

#126075 lacks coredev review, and it is currently for 3.14 (I haven't migrated it to 3.15)
