When dividing - 0 with - 1 in python

even 0 / - 1 => gives output as - 0. 00 !!!

Not a bug. Integer division (two slashes) gives 0 // -1 -> 0, as you want. "True division" (one slash) converts its int arguments to float first, and then 0.0 / -1.0 -> -0.0, That result isn't actually defined by the language, but is required by the IEEE-754 floating point standard, which essentially all platforms implement now. You'll get exactly the same if, e.g., you divide two doubles (or floats) in the C language. CPython mostly inherits its floating point results from what the platform C does.

Adding a gloss: in -0 / -1, the first unary minus is applied to the int 0, giving the int 0. There is no negative int 0. So it's the same as 0/-1, which converted to the float 0.0/-1.0, which is again -0.0.
