Add pid to CompletedProcess object, which is returned by subprocess.run. #125239

Proposal:
Some processes create *. files in the filesystem, thus it might be useful to know the pid of the completed process when the user needs to process these files after termination of the process.
Has this already been discussed elsewhere?
This is a minor feature, which does not need previous discussion elsewhere
