It's not a big deal to sync manually. Perhaps a GitHub Action could be set up to update the README with the Azure DevOps summary automatically.

Do we control that? It might be an AI experiment by Microsoft?

Azure DevOps seems to be maintained by hand. Last person to modify it was @ambv

We control it, and yes, it's updated by hand. We still use it for release builds, as there is much better control over access to secure resources than (public) GitHub offers.

This isn't worth worrying about. It's certainly not worth automation to update. If anything, we should delete the readme contents there so that people don't file issues like this. I'll do that now.
