@adorilson, I'm curious how you got to accidentally file this issue. Even if you close it yourself within an hour, you still waste core developers' time. Was your cat walking over the keyboard? Or did you write some bit to access GitHub and it ran wild? There will be no consequences for you -- I appreciate that you closed your own issue. But I'm curious about what happens, especially since we appear to be getting a lot of these "spammy" issues lately.

Hi, @gvanrossum. Sorry about that.

I was checking if creating an issue in a WIP state is possible (like the PRs).
Then, I clicked this icon beside the Create label on the button, and it submitted the issue.
It is the first time I have seen it. I expected this would open a options menu.
