`tp_versions_used` was added to `PyTypeObject` but is not documented

PR #114900 added tp_versions_used as a new field for _typeobject, and tp slots section of PyTypeObject should be updated.

See my alternative comment: #132335 (comment) of why it should still be documented (there are precedents for that). However, we should indicate defaults and have a separate section for internal values.
