Bug description:

# Keyboard layout issue with python.exe on windows 11

Some example characters < > ] are cannot be typed in python.exe. I have Hungarian keyboard layout.
In all apps I can use these characters when I type them.
In python.exe these are un-typable. (even copy paste swallows them)

CPython versions tested on:

3.13

Operating systems tested on:

Windows

I think it's a duplicate of #132439. Do < and > need AltGr on Hungarian keyboards?

Yes, on Hungarian keyboard we have AltGr.
