tcl/tkinter issue

Bug description:

This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly. - it is installed properly and I can see it in my Python313 directory, but PyCharm does not pick it up. Even in python -m tkinter in command prompt shows me the small tkinter box.
What to do?
