Remove undocumented deprecated keyword argument syntax for `typing.NamedTuple`

Proposal:

Do not use Point = NamedTuple("Point", x=int, y=int), but use the class or functional syntax instead.

Has this already been discussed elsewhere?

Mmh, apparently, at runtime, TypedDict also warns the user. It was only mentioned in 3.13 What's New.
