Update the outdated list of HTTP status codes in the docs

In recent years, more missing HTTP status codes have been gradually added to https://github.com/python/cpython/blob/main/Lib%2Fhttp%2F__init__.py#L54, such as 61ac612, #127089 and #102247.

However, there is a list of status codes in the document that has not been updated. If we check the GitHub blame, the last update was 18 years ago!

I hope a volunteer can complete it. It's a simple issue

I don't think it implies a full list of HTTP codes, but it can be done or noted that the list is not full

It does not imply a full list, but it does imply it is (should be) equivalent to http.server.BaseHTTPRequestHandler.responses

The dictionary is reproduced here for convenience

We could simply remove this, or update it and make it a doctest somehow.
