The functions on **5.1. More on Lists** should have anchor links

On 5.1. More on Lists, list.append(x), list.extend(iterable), list.insert(i, x), list.remove(x), list.pop([i]), etc should have anchor links like the functions on Set Types — set and Mapping Types — dict have anchor links so that we can jump to each function on the same page:
