Pip no longer in the PATH for 3.13.4

Bug description:

Hello, i would like to report that with the new installer for python 3.13.4 when i install the upgrade from 3.13.3 and checked the case,"add python.exe to the path", pip is no longer accessible from the terminal.
It said "pip is not reconized as a command" so it could not find it.

CPython versions tested on:

3.13

Operating systems tested on:

Windows

Can you check your %TEMP% directory for any log files and post them here (or as a Gist)?

Also check whether python -m pip works.

Typically what happens is that there is some extra configuration or some other issue that causes the pip installation to fail, and so as a result pip is not installed.

I have some log file with python name, wich one do you want, some of them are named, JustForMe, i Suggest to not post it Right ?

The ones with "pip" in the name will be most relevant.

If you want to look through it yourself first, you might find an error message - there's a python -m ensurepip (equivalent) in there, and so when that fails you often get a regular Python error message or traceback.

The issue is still the same on python 3.13.5
