Remove misleading sentence in pprint summary

"Dictionaries are sorted by key before the display is computed" is not correct. The sort_dicts parameter is discussed in more detail further down in the documentation of each method where it matters.

I'd suggest just deleting this sentence. I haven't looked into how far back this change can be backported.

Can be backported to all bugfix versions, present since 55ac8f0 (2007).
