Request to align Python 3.14.15 release with Pi Day: 2026-03-14

I'd like to propose that the Python 3.14.15 release be scheduled for March 14, 2026 (Pi Day).

Bug fix releases have not been scheduled yet.

"Python 3.14 will receive bugfix updates approximately every two months for approximately 24 months." 3.14.15 will be in 2028 or later.
