Untranslated "Deprecated since version 3.12, will be removed in version 3.15."

This string is extracted from Doc/tools/extensions/changes.py for translation (in sphinx.pot file) but even if it is translated the translated version of built docs still shows that message in English.

In Brazilian Portuguese that string is translated long time now (see sphinx.po line 240) but this how I see it c-api/init.html:

I notice that the strings in changes.py use %s placeholders, but the translations use {deprecated} and {removed} placeholders. Where does that transition happen, or should the translations be using %s as well?

Correcting myself, sphinx.pot received it as extracted string from Doc/tools/templates/dummy.html. But that %s-ed string receives from a few lines below in changes.py.
