• We were discussing on following up the contacts got from paypal and pysangamam conference

• Rajkumar contacted Government college Theni, for now they are busy in counselling activities.

• He will also be visiting Coimbatore and follow up with kovaipy

• All the college students are vacation

• We will be promoting poster cfp among students.

Meeting Minutes 28-04-2019

• Rajkumar went to NIT and spoke with 10 to 15 People about the conference. Also he is planning to visit Govt engineering College Theni to promote the event.
• Abhishek mishra will promote the event in a meetup group as a part of his talk session.
• Vijay planned to visit local user group meetups at paypal to get some contacts and promote the event as well.

Meeting Minutes 19-04-2019

• All members introduced themselves
• Importance of promoting the event was discussed.
• Idea of advertising the event was discussed.
• Discussed on twitter tweet activeness e.g. How to post a new CFP tweet with duplicating the first one.
• Discussed about github issues with promotion label to work on
• We have planned to move the meeting to Thursday 9:00 to 9:30 PM since most people will be travelling on friday for weekends.
• We have asked everyone to come with ideas for promotions and put it in wiki to discuss
