This PR fixes the Italian translation issue where "ridurre" (reduce) was used instead of a more neutral term.

The word "ridurre" only covers duration decreases, but the business logic can both increase and decrease durations. Changed to "modificare" (modify) to match the neutral tone of the English "adjust".

Fixes #4374

The word ''ridurre'' (reduce) was inappropriate as it only covered duration decreases,
while the business logic can both increase and decrease durations. Changed to
''modificare'' (modify) to match the neutral tone of the English ''adjust''.
