In third_party/ffmpeg/single/CMakeLists.txt, the cmake assumes certain file paths that lead to the library and includes not being found on Fedora systems (even when specifying the environment variable FFMPEG_ROOT).

In order to facilitate adoption on many linux distributions, I will propose a PR for consideration to generalize the cmake for installs using FFMPEG.
