[feature]: Ability to export performance data from dashboard

I've like an easy way (i.e., have an export button) to export the performance data (what's rendered on the table) shown on HUD (https://hud.pytorch.org/benchmark/llms?repoName=pytorch%2Fhelion&benchmarkName=Helion+Benchmark) to a CSV file. There doesn't seem an easy way to do this, and manually copy paste to an excel file breaks the table format.

To be clear, we want exactly what's rendered on the HUD, after all the postprocessing, not the data in database.
