Tutorials fail to open in Google Colab: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected non-whitespace character after JSON data

Opening the beginner tutorials in Google Colab fails with the following error:

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected non-whitespace character after JSON data at line 1 column 3 of the JSON data

I tried to open the following tutorials and all failed:
0 Quickstart
1 Tensors
2 Datasets & Loaders

Suggest a potential alternative/fix

Moving to tutorials repo, but feels pretty consequential....
