EPS-SGA1 MWS L1B data has started coming on Terrestrial with filename as W_XX-EUMETSAT-Darmstadt,SAT,SGA1-MWS-1B-RAD_C_EUMT_20260105140611_G_O_20260105134159_20260105134459_C_N_T__.nc

We need to update the various letters describing various states of the data

We need to update to make the reader able to read all possible definition of filenames.
