Hi, I have several questions.

• Is it mandatory for volunteers to be in the venue in all 3 days (sept 12, 13, 14)?
• If volunteers stay there for 3 days how would there food be managed? is it covered by the event organizers?
• Is there any transportation by the organizers for joining in the event day and returning from there to the home?

No, but we expect a volunteer to volunteer for at least 10 hours total to get a free ticket.

Food for volunteers is handled together with food for all participants. It will be provided.

Is there any transportation by the organizers for joining in the event day and returning from there to the home?

Regarding Food- will there be separate sections like veg and non-veg? How can I get detailed info regarding the food items for better understanding?

Transportation- When will transportation be finalized? Will we know about it roughly one or two weeks before the event?

The event ticket includes:

• event attendance
• plant-based catering for the whole event (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday breakfast, lunch)
• non-alcoholic beverages (water, tap lemonade, coffee, tea)

As a volunteer, you would get this for free (well, for your time and energy instead of money).

There will be no official transportation option. If you need to travel from a place (where from?) and you want to travel with somebody, I suggest you open a topic and ask around.

Is it possible to give a brief idea about the responsibilities of the volunteers in the event ?

That will be very fluid. It might include stuff like:

• Standing at the entrance and telling people where they are accommodated.
• Moving things around (chairs, boxes, etc.).
• Serving food/drinks.
• Cleaning dishes.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Driving around for stuff (in case the volunteer has a car at the event).
• Cleaning up after the event.
