M42 zoom

Ok so after the change from having varied zoom level and it now just relying on the zoom fov cvar, i think it may be a good idea to make it like hold to zoom instead of toggling like it is now. Before there was a reson the have it toggle so that you could stop were you wamted it but now its just a tad inconvienient. Let me know what you think.
