What are you missing?

Currently the data manager only supports the registration of genomic and proteomic measurements.
Down the line additional partner facilities also need specific templates to register their measurement data.
The requirement summary can be found here.

The immunopeptidomics group provided their measurement template with explanations here.

Note: This necessitates changes in the following areas of the data manager:

1.) Measurement Registration (Add new Template)
2.) Measurement Edit (Check for fields within the new edit template)
3.) Measurement Overview Grid (to incorporate an immunopeptidomics tab)
4.) Raw Data Grid (To incorporate an immunopeptidomics tab)
5.) Measurement Ids prefix and its recognition in the data upload process (NGS/MS/IP)

Why do you need a solution?

The current templates are specific to the needs of the proteomics and genomics domain and do not support the needs of the immunopeptidomics partner facility
