2023.1 breakage and other known defects

• the in progress bar blue color has reverted to garish
• git diff view makes deleted comments invisible, need to make the deletion bg lighter

We're blocked on https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-317529/Certain-text-fields-are-not-themable for some text fields. I will look for a workaround.
