WARNING [dns] exchanging over tls connection (0ms) for request IN (AAAA or A)

Container starts off healthy, but over a few hours it starts to throw WARNING [dns] exchanging over tls connection (0ms) for request IN (AAAA or A) errors to some trackers and changes the health status to unhealthy. I'm using Surfshark VPN and Deluge. It happens over Wireshark or OpenVPN. I still have a connection, but I need a healthy container so I'm not constantly notified.

FWIW I am facing a similar (same?) issue after upgrading to 3.41, with ProtonVPN. Connection seems to be OK, but healthcheck fails and logs show frequent DNS warnings.

Anyone got anywhere with this? Been 3 weeks and my Gluetun container is always showing unhealthy.
