Deluge doesn't start downloading

Hey, I'm having the exact same issue as the guy in this post, downloading doesn't start in either qbittorrent nor deluge. They eventually found a very simple fix.
This works for me but that fix is only for Qbittorrent, can somebody with a bit more understanding than me translate this solution into Deluge's settings?

I already set the interfaces to tun0

but i don't know where to set the equivalent of

set the "optional IP address to bind to" to "all ipv4"
