Error 'document' in qdrant-find operation

Can anyone explain this kind of error? The error encounters when the chunks are stored in QDrant using Python script (not MCP qdrant-store operation, which is very slow). Can anyone say what exactly is wrong with the chunks stored by Python script. They are store to the same collection and in the same format (at first view) as by the qdrant-store operation.
