It would be nice to have an inline Qdrant provider for Llama Stack

I opened an issue on the Llama Stack tracker for adding inline support for Qdrant. Currently, Llama Stack supports, both inline and remote options for some vector databases (e.g., Chroma) but only supports remote Qdrant. I'm also opening a discussion here in case any member of the Qdrant community wants to take point on that issue. If nobody here wants to take it on, maybe someone on the Llama Stack side will anyway. I might contribute a PR for it myself eventually if nobody else does, but I don't know when I would get around to it.
