What is the bug or the crash?

When Show Axis is checked, the axis should never overlap the diagrams. This is happening to Histograms and Stacked Bars.

Current situation:

Note that when a feature diagram (e.g., a histogram) has both positive and negative values, the axis width should displace the bars from the zero line to avoid overlaps between the axis and the bars.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Uncompress diagram_issue_axis_overlaps.zip.
  2. Open the contained project.
