qgis cloud causes extreme slowdown and freezes qgis #71

What is the bug or the crash?
Description
I am using QGIS 3.40.14 LTR and I am experiencing significant performance issues after installing and enabling the QGIS Cloud plugin. When the plugin is active, QGIS becomes very slow and in some cases completely freezes.
Disabling the plugin immediately resolves the issue.
Steps to Reproduce
Install QGIS 3.40.14 LTR
Install the QGIS Cloud plugin from the official plugin repository
Enable the plugin
Use QGIS normally (issue occurs shortly after startup or during normal interaction)
Expected Behavior
QGIS should operate normally with the QGIS Cloud plugin enabled, without performance degradation or freezing.
Actual Behavior
Severe UI slowdowns
Occasional complete application freeze
Normal behavior is restored as soon as the plugin is disabled
Environment
QGIS version: 3.40.14 LTR
Plugin: QGIS Cloud
OS: Windows 11
Occurs on multiple machines: Yes (reproduced on at least two different PCs)
Additional Notes
The issue appears to be directly related to the plugin being enabled
Hardware-related causes seem unlikely, as the behavior is consistent across different machines
Request
Please advise:
Which logs or debug output (e.g. QGIS log messages, Python debug traces) should be collected
Whether there are known incompatibilities between QGIS Cloud and QGIS 3.40.x LTR
The preferred workflow for providing additional diagnostic information

issue is project indipendent. After installing or activating qgis cloud the issue is present.
