Reload Error

When reloading Answers Analyzer in a Qlik Cloud Analytics Premium environment (internal demo environment), the following error occurs.

Error: Invalid argument. (Connector error: HTTP protocol error 403 (Forbidden):
The server refused to fulfill the request.)

Note that if a user who has never used Qlik Answers reloads, no error occurs and the reload can be performed without any problems, but the attached image "1" appears and no data is displayed on the sheet.

Also, if reloading in another environment (internal demo environment) where Qlik Answers has been added as an option to Qlik Sense SaaS (user model license), even users who have used Qlik Answers can reload without any problems and data is displayed on the sheet.

▼Additional Information
-The data connection settings and script settings are set in the same way as in the environment where the reload was successful, so there is no problem.
-The user has full permissions for both "User" and "Administrator", so there does not appear to be any impact from permissions.

• We use Answers Analyzer by importing the latest app (Answers Analyzer v1.1.0) from GitHub.
