chore(deps): bump tmp and eslint (#69)

Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [eslint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `tmp`

Updates `eslint` from 7.0.0 to 7.32.0
