Hello, here is a dummy start of an zig c api extension txt file based scanner.

If it is worth adding to quackscience, happy to move there. I didn't find an example table function zig c api extension, so wrote this with the help of AI in an evening. It probably crashes with invalid data and is not production ready as such.
Anyway, one thing I was wondering is that whether it would make sense to extend the CSV extension to support fixed column lengths in place of a delimiter. This of course is a bit different than CSV, but its newline delimited text records anyway. Like if the CSV extension is best of breed and multi-threaded etc.
