Include one tutorial on spatial mapping

### Description of feature

For now, a single tutorial should be fine, taking spatial mapping as an example. Can show the transfer of labels (e.g. cell type), embeddings (e.g. UMAP or spatial) and expression values (e.g. imputation in space).
