Description
Describe the bug
If text formatting (including font color, bold, italics, strikethrough, underline) is applied inline to text in a table cell, it will break the table. This does not happen when it is applied at the cell-level.
Table will also break if a hyperlink is applied to existing text in a cell or alongside plain text in a cell. This will not occur if the link is the only contents of the cell.

Expected behavior
Text formatting and links should be able to be applied within table cells without breaking the table
Reproduction
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a table with some text in it
- Attempt to apply any formatting to text using the inline cell editor
- Attept to insert a link over some text within a cell
- Observe that either action will break the table
