Added resolute, trixie and sid distros
- Renamed docker to Dockerfiles folder - Added ubuntu/debian in the Dockerfile names - Added ubuntu:resolute debian:trixie and debian:sid(unstable) - Fixed issue where resolute need chroot=chroot mode - Factorized container tooling dependencies into base-packages.txt file Signed-off-by: Simon Beaudoin <sbeaudoi@qti.qualcomm.com>
