kernelci artifacts not booting on rb3gen2

Milosz setup boot tests and kselftest-dt tests on rb3g2 using mainline and next builds from kernelci.org

But they don't even finish booting on the board:

This is seen with 6.18-rc3, -rc4 and -rc5 starting with linux-next tag next-20251031 thru to next-20251106.

@Mani-Sadhasivam has investigated that some drivers (UFS, PCIe) that are modules are not getting loaded.

Needs more investigation.

We did some experiment and found that same images used in your job passed on https://lava-oss.qualcomm.com/scheduler/job/11212
After further debug we identify that "clk_ignore_unused pd_ignore_unused fw_devlink=off" is helping us.

We are debugging it and try to fix the issue, post that we will try to drop these cmdline args soon.
