ci: create kas based workflows as done for meta-qcom-hwe for main

Create a similar github workflow as done for meta-qcom-hwe, but leveraging meta-qcom-distro as the default distro instead of poky.

I've pushed the work I have so far to branch in my fork and I'm tracking it as #8. It is very bare bones at the moment, so commits are very welcome!

It turned out we never added any sort of CI in this repo. We need to find the time to do that. I think we need to find a way to reuse the workflows from meta-qcom and run them from here.
