Include `modetest` (libdrm-tests) in ramdisk

We need the modetest utility available in our distro multimedia images to validate DRM/KMS display bring‑up, exercise connector/CRTC/plane configurations, and support automated pre‑merge & nightly CI (LAVA/Axiom) smoke tests for display. This aligns with QLI Mainline goals to enable DRM/KMS basic tests and display mode testing across targets.

The distro images live in meta-qcom-distro, so requests for changes need to be made there.

Referring to initramfs-kerneltest-full-image-qcom-armv8a-*.cpio.gz. if this change will be include it as part it, please close this ticket. If not, kindly add it so it can be used in qcom-next CI too.
