Unable to resume from the suspended state on RB3gen2 #1320
Description
When executing echo mem > /sys/power/state on RB3Gen2 with kernel.6.18, the device enters memory sleep mode but fails to wake up properly through USB connections. The system becomes unresponsive to USB-based commands (such as ADB) and requires physical intervention to reboot.
